What it does

Choose your Christian tradition, name the values that matter to you, and set goals for how you want to be online. Each day holystic offers a short reflection on how the day actually went — what pulled at your attention, where you noticed grace, what you're grateful for.

It isn't a screen-time scold. There are no streaks, no scores, and nothing is blocked. The point is to notice, and to have language for what you notice.

Reflections are encrypted at rest. Activity monitoring is opt-in, applies only to the apps you choose, and is never sold or shared for advertising. See our privacy policy.
